My approach involves a warm, supportive, and genuine style to create a safer, positive, nurturing environment by working from solution-focused, cognitive behavioral, somatic work and evidence-based techniques.
We work together to identify the source of what brought you into therapy, identify your goals, and explore the best possible solutions that will help you feel better. In addition, I creatively integrate a relational model, neuroscience and stress information, meditation, and stretches that help with symptoms of stress and integrate cognitive behavior techniques. These techniques will allow clients to learn tools and gain insight to make positive life changes.
